Arcade Fire - We Used To Wait - HTML5


The Arcade Fire is a pretty big band these days.  

Their first album, Funeral, came out while I was living in Seattle.  It quickly became my driving around soundtrack.  Songs like "Neighborhood #3 (Power Out)" were really up my alley at this time, and I wasn't good at noticing the more beautiful, subtle tracks like "Wake Up" until much later.

On their latest release, The Suburbs, they made waves in the tech world with this interactive video for their song, “We used to wait” by integrating many of the features that will be coming in HTML5 into a seamless user experience.  It is only properly viewable in Google Chrome, but if you get a chance, check out the future of websites: http://thewildernessdowntown.com/
