Sigur Ros is one of those bands that some dude in a corner at a college party says, "Hey freshman, you ever hear Sigur Ros? They will blow your mind." They've always sounded like an airhorn being converted into a soothing, beautiful instrument. They are epic and delicate in sound. Their new album title means, "With a Buzz in Our Ears We Play Endlessly", and sees them doing things a little differently. Gobbledigook really jumps from the album as a rollicking song. The video leads me to believe it's about running around Iceland in the buff. And the Inni one in my recommended tracks also jumps because it reminds me of a really fast sleigh ride through a forest of musical icicles or something like that. Lay off the sauce, right? I guess Sigur Ros is like that; mystical; magical; ethereal. I still have yet to see them live, but I need to at some point in my life. Here's the video for "Gobbledigook".

I'm not sure if they're protesting Sigur Ros or what they are doing. I'm guessing Sigur Ros ran out of money in their video budget, and didn't have enough footage to edit them out of the film.
